By using this platform you agree to these terms. Read them carefully — they set out what we provide, what you may and may not do, and the limits of our responsibility.

We operate a marketplace that connects travelers with independent local guides. We are not the guide; we facilitate the connection. The guide is responsible for actually delivering the tour.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make a booking. Users between 13 and 17 may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Booking creates a contract between you and the guide. We may collect payment on the guide's behalf via our payment processor. Final prices, inclusions, and cancellation rules appear at checkout.
No fraud, harassment, hate speech, illegal activity, or impersonation. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Reviews must be honest and based on real experiences.
Tours are provided by independent guides; we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the service "as is" without warranties.
Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan; disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court, unless mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
