Privacy Policy
We collect only the data needed to match travelers with guides and operate the booking platform. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.

Account: name, email, password (hashed), language. Profile (guides): bio, photos, languages, specialties, city. Bookings & messages: tour selections, dates, party size, chat history with the other party. Technical: IP address, user-agent, timestamps for security and rate limiting.
Operating the service (matching, booking, messaging), fraud prevention, customer support, complying with legal obligations, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal data.
Account data: while the account is active, plus up to 30 days after deletion (to handle disputes, refunds, and legal obligations). Anonymised analytics may be retained longer.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time from Settings → Delete account, or by contacting support. EU/UK residents have additional rights under GDPR; California residents under CCPA.
We share data only with providers strictly necessary to operate the service (e.g. payment processor, email delivery, push-notification provider). Each provider acts under a data-processing agreement.
