For delays, misunderstandings, or serious issues, start by contacting each other calmly through the platform.
Use in-app messages (or contact details agreed in the booking) to state facts and what you need (e.g. reschedule, partial refund).
Keep conversation history on the platform when possible. Records of meeting time and place help if we need to review a case.
Report safety concerns, suspected fraud, or repeated no-shows promptly. We may verify accounts or restrict listings.
Governing law and courts follow our terms of service when published. Mandatory consumer laws still apply where required.
If you cannot resolve an issue, contact support with your booking reference, a short timeline, and any evidence. We may help mediate or review accounts but we are not a court or law firm.
