Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation conditions depend on how far ahead of the tour you cancel, and on the guide's own policy when stricter.

Cancel 7+ days before the tour: 100% refund. Cancel 3 to 7 days before: 50% refund. Cancel less than 3 days before, or no-show: no refund. Individual guides may publish stricter or more generous rules in their tour description; whichever rule is stricter applies.
If a guide cancels for any reason, you receive a 100% refund and we will help you find an alternative when possible. Repeated guide-side cancellations may result in suspension.
Natural disasters, severe weather, transport strikes, or government action that makes the tour impossible result in a full refund regardless of timing.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Cross-border bank delays may add 2–3 days.
